Fred Quezada
Owner - Master Technician and Glazier
I have over 25 years of experience, with extensive training and nationally recognized certification.
I have also completed numerous training courses focused solely on maintaining luxury vehicles – including Bentley, Aston Martin, Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, & Rolls Royce. Fred has been in the auto glass industry for over 23+years with experience as an installer and trainer with management-level responsibilities for large auto glass company’s. During that time, Fred received many awards and recognition, such as Rookie of the Year and Best Customer Service Sales. He also competed in Auto Glass competitions regionally winning first place and placing in the top five at the national level.
Fred specializes with working on high-end vehicles as well as vintage and classic cars. After solidifying his passion for the business, He decided to start his own auto glass company in 2018. Fred strives to treat customers the way he wants to be treated by taking pride in ensuring his customer's safety by installing a quality product with professional workmanship.
Meet The Team
Joseph
Sales CSR
Joseph started with Platinum Auto Glass since 2018 and joined his father Fred in start of the family business through the very 1st year until his duty called.
Joseph is our #1 Sailor and in serving with the US Navy!
He is currently studying while overseas and enjoys all his travels with the navy. He has always enjoyed building relationships with everyone as it's my #1 priority to make long-term partnerships.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys working out, he also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Araceli “Sally”
Director of Operations
Araceli has been in the Dental industry for over 20 years and is new to Auto Glass since 2018. Prior to joining Platinum Auto Glass, Araceli had many roles in the dental field. She took on the role of Manager, CSR, and Marketing Director with Platinum Auto Glass and she now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Auto Glass Technicians and Customer Service/Billing staff, as well as the financial operations on a day to day basis. Araceli graduated from UTD University with a degree in Business Administration. While not working, Araceli enjoys Painting and arts and crafts but mostly is spending time with her four children!
Sonia
Admin Assistant
Sonia has worked in the Customer Service industry since 2018 in retail, she has plenty of customer service experience. Sonia handles Customer Service as needed, Marketing, and Social Media for Platinum Auto Glass. Sonia is a full-time college student and is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design School locally in Dallas!
Outside of work, Sonia likes spending time at the lake, working out, cooking, reading, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Riya
Marketing Coordinator
Riya has recently joined our Auto Glass family in 2024, she brings so much knowledge and expertise! We are glad he is part of the PAG family.
Riya is a full-time student at UNT pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design with a concentration in UX. When not working, she loves almost anything to do with
art, drawing, painting, designing, you name it!

Justin
ADAS Calibration Specialist/Assistant Tech
Justin has been with Platinum Auto Glass since 2018, he helps out with his dad's business, and is very passionate about doing things right always , just like his boss!
Justin graduated in 2020 and is our Certified ADAS Calibration Specialist. Staying up to date on all the extended training with the vehicles safety features is his top priority!
Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing his guitar and cooking for everyone, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
